When you create a new message, under "Forum" you will probably have "Visual FoxPro" selected by default. Here, you can select other forums, like "Chatter".
However, you will only see a list of forums to which you are subscribed. To post in the "Chatter" forum, you will probably have to change your preferences, to include this forum.
Click on the first button from the UT buttons ("Setup"), and then select "Forums" to see a list of forums to which you are subscribed.
