Put a two variables in report
i.e
custno
&
grp_change
for grp_change: SUM, value to store 1 RESET AT PCode
for custno: SUM, value to store IIF(grp_change<1,1,0), Reset at enmd of report
I am not sure if the IIF(grp_change<1,1,0) or IIF(grp_change<2,1,0) but You can test it both ways
then use custno for counter of the group
