I'd add a TabletPC category in the VFP and .NET forums, and maybe to the Windows OS Forum as well, for non-development questions. I guess that should cover most of the needs by now.

TabletPC in itself is a special technology that enhances what we already have, but I guess most problems related to it are not as isolated from the rest as to need a specific forum.
