>I'm trying to attach a right-click menu to a textbox that is enabled but read-only (I hate the look of disabled controls) but can't seem to find a way to keep the control from getting focus. I normally put Return .F. in the When event for read-only controls, but that prevents the click events from firing. Is there a way to have a textbox fire it's right-click method without the control getting focus?

Setting the property
TabStop = .F.
will disallow selecting an object with the Tab key, but you can still activate it with the mouse.
