I have been using IE3 and the IEChart.ocx to display graphs on the browser.

The way it has worked was that the first time you hit this page, if you don't have IEChart.ocx, your browser asks you to download the control. After you download the control, your browser doesn't ask anymore, it just shows you the graph.

However, some of our users are using IE4. The first time they hit this page, IE4 tells them that they need to download IE3 before they can access this graph. It's like IE4 thinks it's an earily version than IE3.

However, I upgraded my browser from IE3 to IE4 with the IEChart.ocx already installed and IE4 can and does display the graph page correctly.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks,
