Hello. We have a new machine XP Professional SP2 and am having problems registering dlls.

First case:
   Command:       REGSVR32 c:\hsfkgh\kjasdhk\xicr50.dll
   Error Message: LoadLibrary("c:\hsfkgh\kjasdhk\xicr50.dll") failed.  Invalid access to memory location.

Second case:
   Command:       REGSVR32 c:\hsfkgh\kjasdhk\wwipstuff.dll
   Error Message: c:\hsfkgh\kjasdhk\wwipstuff.dll was loaded but the register server entry point was not found.  The file cannot be registered.

User is administrator.
