Hello UT,

I have a transaction table which contains two fields called transactiontype
and amount.
When doing updates and Inserts I would like to automatically change the amount to negative if the transactiontype field is 1 (Payments).
Does anybody know what is the best aproach to do this.
I was thinking about triggers.
Any example?
