That would be idea. But many third world countries are run by rich greedy corrupt people who have no idea what being poor is and even worse, they don't care.

I never meant that India was the only one.
I think in the US, if you really want to you can get out of poverty in most cases, you can. If a poor immigrants can make a living, and some of them can make a VERY good living, I would say majority of others can... if they really wanted to.
But, I don't know if vast majority in countries like India have that opportunity.
