I setup a project using the demo version and have 2 questions.
In the Step-by-Step guide on page 51 there is code

Request.Form("Company")

It is not working , not bombing, but not displaying the text prompt and submit button. Is there additional work that needs to be done for Request.Form ?

I tried connecting to //demo/CustomerList.wp but the result is "The server is not setup to handle this type of Request:" . I double checked the IIS setup and scripting with WP is on, so why do I get this message.
