This isn't really a VFP issue, but I'm hoping there's an Exchange guru out here somewhere....

I am setting up distribution lists on our exchange 2003 server for an outside email group address (i.e. council@mychurch.org). The distribution list is being added to the users Active directory folder. So far, no problems.

The problem comes that I'm syncing with an Access program through Outlook XP to add all our members as contacts in a public folder. This has worked fine for all the people within the building to access individuals.

What I would like to do is have council@mychurch.org include some contacts from this public folder. When I try to do this, all I can reference is the container (/mycontacts/), not the contacts within it. I can create a contact within the Users directory and all works fine. I just can't get to the contacts in the public folder.

I also can't find a way through Outlook to move anyone across this divide -

Can anyone offer advice or a solution to this problem?

Many thanks in advance!!!!
