I've had the Intersolv guys in here to do their demo and salespitch on Tracker, it is a really nice product. Because you can easily customize the data it maintains, I'm looking at implementing it next quarter to manage our internal help desk, and coordinate bug fixes/trouble tickets from a Service Provider's helpdesk, all in one ready-to-use app. Plus since you have your choice of backends, I'm hoping to use SQL Server and someday create a wrapper tool that will simulate the Tracker App talking to my Reporting System app to provide some admin type automation my dept. desparately needs.
