Rookie Question -- Using VFP Collections in .NET

Hi folks,

I'm a COMPLETE rookie with .NET and I've come across the following situation.

I have a middle-tier MTDLL, which I created in VFP 8/9, that queries some data, packages each row of that data in an Empty object and stores those objects as items of a VFP Collection object. I've now been asked if I can provide this identical data to another team developing a .NET front end for a different application.

Now, I know that VFP collections (and objects based on Empty classes) can be passed around and used without a hitch between COM objects and front ends that are both written in VFP ... but is it possible for .NET to use/mess with both VFP Collection objects *AND* these contained Empty-class-based objects successfully???

If so, using my DLL would save both groups a heck of a lot of work (and earn me a *BIG* feather in my cap in the process).

Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

TIA,
