So here was I, back at work with nothing to do, yet. Went to the MSDN website to re-download the latest VFP 9 installer. Got plenty of time, then read some stuff in the MSDN Sub Download page and woah, Foxpro got a mention, it never cease to surprise me that I always get a warm and fuzzy feeling everytime VFP is made mention. What?, the article: Mananaging Your Discs 2 suggested to "throw away" VFP CDs? Well, that got me going so early this year! Went further down the article and clicked on the Comments link and sure enough, a lot of the comments defended VFP, and I got this warm and fuzzy feeling again. I couldn't help but post a comment of my own, a little harsher I guess, as I compared the "new" DataGridView control of ASP.Net version 2 (important, version 2). Didn't VFP have this "new" control since its humble days as FoxBase?
