Hi guys,

I have an application and when a user enters an address I need to be able to do 3 things:

1) verify if it's a valid address
2) see who's the current owner of the place
4) if it's not exact match give near matches

It's mainly Florida addresses but if it can be national even better. Has anybody done something similar?
