Table would be good over cursor if you could delete the ASCII. Both table and cursor use diskspace, so I thought you could delete if got to a table (no fear to lose data). Your case is really hard. BTW I again warn of getting wrong info from sys(2022) and diskspace() under FAT32. Good luck.
