you've got quite a few options. I don't think you can email a native VFP report output directly, you need to convert the output to some format that the management can view.

Some options are XML, CSV, Excel, Word, PDF, HTML.

You can automate MS Office products and create the output like that. Or find a third party tool that does what you need (like XFRX or Amyuni or SFQuery). Or use a printer driver like PDF995.
