Jon;

When you return to the grid, you might first set the grids rowsource to SPACE(0), and then the correct alias.

At this point, the grid goes completely blank and turns grey (like it's either disabled or locked). It stays this way until I click on the scroll bar or something to bring it back to life. Once I do that, there seems to be an extra row on the bottom of the grid that contains weird characters. If I exit the form and reload it, then there's no extra row in the grid and everything looks fine.

>P.S. It appears that going vertically past the initially displayed rowset might have something to do with this, since the blanking out doesn't happen if I just stay on the first set of rows when saving the record.
