1. Create a new class based on a container. (either use CREATE CLASS.. of File | New and select Class).

2. In Tools | Options | Controls, select the ActiveX(s) you want to use.

3. On the Form Controls toolbar change the library to show AciveX controls, then drop the ActiveX from the toolbar into the container, then Save.
