Hello Everybody

I urgently need a quick an dirty file transfer via ftp!
In foxpro 8 i collect some data, copy to "myfile" type sdf

Can someone please give me an short codeexample, how to transfer "myfile" to another maschine
ftp
>open xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
>user,pass
>cd xyz
>put myfile
>get yourfile
>quit

Any help welcomed
