I have a difficult problem arising with a FoxPro 2.6 application. I have a version of the application (built in early 2003) running on site without a problem. Yesterday, a support issue arose which I fixed. I rebuilt the exe, which runs fine on my PC, but when installed on site, the following error is displayed:

"Cannot create program workspace. File access denied."

The detail provided in the MSDN help is good, and it seems like a straightforward error - either lack of disk space or lack of access rights. However, neither of these is the problem. I saw a suggestion on another website that DLLs may need to be reinstalled to alleviate a similar problem, but to me this makes no sense. Does anyone know if this is being caused by a conflict between XP and Fox 2.6 or have any suggestions ??
