If you know anything about software development, three talented programmers can get much more done than 30 not as talented.
The C# team is small as well. Jeb Long told me that the dBase III+ team were five. It went to 60 for dBase IV and, well, it showed.
There are 12 VFP developers where I work and three major projects. Three per team is optimal and four seems to be one too many. We need another project.
