I can't contredict you on the fact that there is marketing being done. Where I have a problem is that it always looks like the marketing done for VFP appears to be worst from versions to versions. As you said it is technically marketing.
So there is marketing but so lame that to say there is marketing being done for VFP is practically insulting those working as professional marketers for a living <g>.
