The user 2 took the existing data items and modified them. It looks like when user 2 closed the form an fired the tableupdate() every thing went okay.

I am thinking that there might be some reasonable explanation. Yesterday, I was showing new users how he system works. I'd almost bet that user 1 had created his parent which would cause it to show up in the proper queue I was viewing. I opened the record, appended existing child records to the parent which happend to be the same ones user 2 was using(as sho and tell) while user 1 was closing the form.

It's the only thing that makes since.
