I'm using the Matrox Millenia 3-screen card, and I've seen things like but not identical to this on both the Millenia and the Matrox 450 dual. In my case, the difference was one of the settings for the driver, having to do with where things showed up on the screen. I'd fiddle with that, and with graphics accelleration (reached from the Advanced button on the screen properties setup).
