My programs works with codepage 1250 (Czech Windows Page), but they share some data on network with the old programs, that my customers use successfuly for several years and nobody want to change them now. That is why I need to select data from DBF files with different code pages in one program (1250,852). The Rushmore optimization does not work in SQL-SELECT from DBF file with CP852. I have tried the command SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 80 at first, but the Rushmore optmization level was NONE in any case after recompilation by VFP9.

In VFP8 the rushmore optimization worked for both code pages normally as I expected.

I would like to know, if it is a bug or the new intended feature in VFP9.
In the first case I will wait for service pack. In the second case I must rewrite my programs, because the selects without optimization are very slow.
