I was afraid about such answer. The fix by disabling optimization is not very lucky for me. I need to select data from free tables, that are shared on network and that have different code pages. It means that some selects must be "not optimized", because I am not able to change CPCURRENT()inside the program.

The second problem is that the memo fields are not converted in the selected cursor.
