Unfortunately, that's not ALWAYS true. I've found that in ProjectHook.Active(), the project isn't ALWAYS the ActiveProject, depending on how the project was activated ( it's been awhile, but I think that "Activate Window myProj" didn't make the project active, but "Modify Project myProj" did, or something like that ).
