Glad you solved it! If you want to change this through the IDE, you can do it by opening your report in the designer, then from the File menu pad, select "Page setup". From there, click the "Print setup" button. Make sure the correct printer is selected and click the "Properties" button. The dialog that pops up is different for each printer driver, but there should be a way to set whether or not you're using grayscale. For example, the driver for my 1100 Businessjet has a "Color" page that has a checkbox for grayscale. My Epson Color Stylus printer's dialog has a "Paper/Quality" page that has option buttons for black & white and color.
