I might really be missing something...but if you're already running ExportToDisk()....is it necessary to run Export()?

Running Export usually assumes you've populated an export options object, format object, etc....that might explain why the exporttodisk() works, and then you're getting the exception. Try removing the call to export() and see if that works...
