What do you mean by "add my own text"? There is not much that is auto-generated in a .NET WebService. Are you talking about the Namespace? You can change that to anything you want. Maybe you're talking about the asmx filename itself? You determine that when you created the WebService. I'm sorry, but I just don't understand what your question is ... could you re-phrase it or give an example of what you meant?
