To skip the baseline check, you need to run the setup in the setup folder like this:

E:\Setup\Setup.exe /NO_BSLN_CHECK

For additional details about the prereqs, including how to install each of them outside of the main setup program, look at moreinfo.htm. I'm at home and I don't have a VFP8 install CD handy, but as I recall moreinfo.htm is located in the \WCU\Help directory on your VFP8 CD.

Try installing each prereq separately, and then running the VFP setup with the NO_BSLN_CHECK switch.
