I've had it confirmed as a bug by Microsoft. I think the key to re-creating the problem is that the left screen is the secondary screen, not the primary screen, which is how myself (and my boss) have the screen's set up.
Perhaps it only occurs with certain video drivers, but never mind, it's no biggy!
