I need help!

I am a new user of Visual Fox Pro 3.0 for Windows 95. When I tried to use the "???" print command after stating "SET PRINT ON", I get the error message "Error accessing print spooler." What exactly does this message mean and what can I do avoid this error? Sorry, if this is such a basic level question.
