Three weeks ago it was 17 degrees here and we had an ice storm that left 3 inches of ice. It stayed cold for 3 or 4 days following that so many were left without power until the lines could all be repaired because the ice took awhile to melt. Very unusual for us here around I95 in NC. Now the last two weeks we have enjoyed 70 degree temperatures!

Would you believe me if I told you it's actually 9°C (46°F) outside where I live right now?>
>There must be some very goofy weather patterns going on in the world right now. Today is code here, but New Year's Day was 10°C (50°F) - that is also very unusual in this part of the world. They are predicting 12°C (54°F) for Wednesday. This is spring weather!
