Last night’s weather news was great for Skier’s! In parts of the “Sierra’s we have had 19 feet of snow fall since December 28, with up to another five feet predicted to fall today.
Also, winds of over 100 mph closed down hi-ways 50 and 80 over the Sierra Nevada Mountains. An official peak reading of 163 mph was recorded at Squaw Peak, California.
I know that “real skier’s” will rush out to enjoy these wonderful ski conditions! :)
