Hi Winan,
Samba is a Linux tool that allows window clients to network with a Linux Computer. There are many front end tools that can be used to setup samba included webmin, swat, and Redhat's own generic wizard off the Redhat menu, depending on your version of RedHat.
Also, NFS is a way to share files over a network. Although NFS originated in the UNIX/Linux OS/s, it is now also available on windows.
If setting up a common share that both windows and linux can acess is more that you need. you could use tar to build a backup file of the Linux directory and FTP it to the desired location.
There are also web based apps that allow files to be uploaded and downloaded, which are very convenient, especially when transfer files between computer on different networks.
You can do a search of the web to find out more about samba and NFS. If you're just looking to do a simple backup ever so often, I would look for a good free Window FTP client.
Here are a couple of links to get you started.
