If you have any graphics software, you probably have some tool available that does this.
As an easy/cheap example, we use SnagIt (
http://www.techsmith.com) for screen shots. Its "eyedropper" tool lets you mouseover any color and it displays the RGB values, which you could then easily add to a CSS style.
