Hi,
Depending on how good the ISP is, they can setup the router host name i.e. theclientsrouter.thereisp.com and have there DNS'S resolve the host to whatever the router's public IP is at the time. It does take some setting up, and a fixed IP is a better way of doing it, especially if security is taken into account.
