Does anybody know how I can programmatically find out which network usewr is currently the owner of a particular file. In my application when a user logs into the system it creates an insystem.dbf file. The problem we have is that many users share the same application license. And because many users either use a client or use Terminal Services it is very difficult to determine who has access to the file. If I use computer manager on the server it only gives me the users who have connected using their clients.
I have tested this on a number of user and it works fine (manually). Therefore I want to create a program which tells me the license, network user who is using. From here I can send messages or flush them etc.. In order for this to work I just need to find the current owner of the file programmatically??
Any help would be greatly appreciated
