Run command doesn't permit you to concatenate this way. Try this:
lsScript = "! /n  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 5.0\Acrobat\acrobat.exe C:\data\" + Alltrim(str(data.filename)) + ".pdf"
=ExecScript(lsScript)
