It might not be quick to build report since has to be done in code
but unlike other tools, CodeRep DOES NOT not require VFP/FRX engine to produce mentioned outputs (HTML,XLS,TXT and PDF with purchasing of XFRX/PDFL). It is pure code. (Source and report samples included)

In order to test PDF output you have to download at least XFRX/PDFL
demo library.

Another point is that you have 100% control over output created
which might be dificult when using VFP9 listeners or third party FRX converters to other formats.
