I agree with you that's not the way things should work but sadly it's the way they too frequently.
How do you explain what Jim talked about? For example .COM bubble?
>That's not the way things should work. You should do some research before releasing the product to determine if there is a need and how to design and package the product so that it will sell. Do some reading on "Designed for Six Sigma" and you'll see what I'm talking about.
