How could I get a form to react to a paste event of files copied to the clipboard from Windows Explorer?

We do support drag&drop, but the requirement is that the users want to select the files in Windows Explorer and go to the form and do a Paste operation by keyboard (ctrl-v) as well as by a menu 'Paste Files' option.
