Strange, I haven't had to prog for this in years - what is a floppy, by the way? :-)
Back in V3.0b days I encountered a function off MSN or somewhere, called IsDiskIn() I think. It's not on my current pc though. I think it employed the FILE() func (with a # somewhere in there).
