>I see. An invidious postion to be in. I sympathise for I was once refused payment for a couple months' work for a client. Glad you've got payment - I never even got half. As I said, it's something I'd consider doing in the future, once this had already happened to me, as in your case. I knew it was too late for your current position.

In a way, there are payments and payments. One guy owed me about $150 for a weekend job (which was a considerable sum in Milosevic's years, and this guy was an apparatchik), and for a number of months ke kept promissing, then he started to avoid me and eventually forgot completely. Then I had a pleasure of meeting him on the street, when he was with some (probably important) people, and cordially reminding him that he doesn't have to hurry with the money, I've waited two years, I can wait few months more, I understand he may be going through hard times etc etc... and that's just for the payment for the forgetting part. The rest of the pleasure is that I've seen him and his guys fall, and that I can tell this story ... priceless :).

So if anyone there reads this, the guy in question is "the legend of Banat radio".
