CR errors after upgrading from VS.NET '02 to VS.NET '03

Hello, I recently converted my VB.NET project from '02 to '03. I am now getting errors when I try to open Crystal Reports which state "Query Engine Error:File:\\..." and the filename is show. Any ideas? I am using CR 9.
