Send it back and have him re-write in EUROs - CAN dollars are higer than USD now - I think:-). Time to think about multi-year subscriptions with the UT!
Two times - and way back when - I had to enforce agreements. Having an attorney write a letter is worth the fee. Going to court is risky and expensive. Better to take the loss than trust a judge and blow a wad on legal fees - of couse - unless - the dollars are in the hundreds of K's (don't we wish!:) and we have a bad-arse attorney that does contingency work!:)
