It looks like since the last time we posted the MVP nomination form URL, M$ has moved it into their secured support area. So yes we'll have to register as a user of their Support Forum in order to get to it this time. I just went trhough it and it's no big deal. After registering, re-paste the above URL and you'll go right to it.
