Bob,
I am using InstallShield Express 2.02 or 2.2 can't remember. Anyway, after some work I was able to get it to work.
You have to first build a small .exe using the VFP setup wizard. In there is a list of the files you need to include in the .exe and some locations.
You only do that once. Print out the file (I believe it is a simple .txt file, I've gotten rid of it since)..
Once you do this you can go about building your project in InstallShield. (Much more versatile and very easy if you ask me).
