I am having exactly the same problem. The computer with which I have the problem is a new Dell Optiplex. I have another Dell Optiplex that is a year old, has the same version of Windows and Outlook--Windows 2003 and Outlook 2003, respectively--and that computer does NOT have the problem. What kind of computer do you have?

Others have had this problem (see thread Id 931187), but I don't see that anybody has found a solution.
